I’m Ella Francis!

I’m the designer, illustrator, and heart behind Francis & Fable. I’m Bristol-based, plant-obsessed, and endlessly inspired by love stories, soft colour palettes, and the beauty found in small, thoughtful details.

I graduated with a First Class degree in Illustration from UWE in 2022, and before starting Francis & Fable, I spent several years working in the greeting card industry. That time taught me how powerful design can be, how a carefully crafted piece of paper can spark joy, connection, and emotion.

Now, through wedding stationery, I get to do what I truly love: work closely with couples to turn their story into something tangible, timeless, and beautiful. Whether it's an invitation suite, a venue portrait, or delicate on-the-day details, I pour care into every illustration and design. I draw my inspiration from all the little things that make your wedding uniquely yours.

Creating something meaningful for such a special moment in people’s lives is the greatest joy, and I feel so lucky to call this my work.
